Sorry I've been a little absent this week, I've been making a dress that I was hoping to wear this weekend but unfortunately the weather isn't looking great and I've abandoned the idea. I shall be going to Yorkshire for 'fun times', seeing some of my favourite people and going on day trips (castles and Bronte Country) But the fun doesn't stop there; I shall be taking a little break from work for the rest of the week and hopefully I'll get to do a lot of walking, climbing and reading. I'm really looking forward to the week ahead and apologise in advance if I don't update very often or even at all. Anyway, I hope you all have a great week!

The fabric in the background is called Luca Pink. You can order it from Fabricrehab.co.uk I've just received a metre in the post and it's such a cute design and of a lovely quality that I'll have to order some more. No doubt you will see something pretty made out of it very soon.

Fanciful Friday

I've decided I need to create some structure in posting terms. So I am going to try out 'Fanciful Fridays' for a while. Obviously if it doesn't take off, I get bored etc. I won't carry on regardless but I shall give it a good go.

'Fanciful Friday's' are basically a collection of objects etc. that I would love to have in my life. The reason they're being dubbed 'fanciful' is because there is no way my pay packet could stretch that far for me to own all of them and in some cases individual objects are so far out of my reach that I'd have to sell a kidney. Then there are the pretty little things that will never be mine because someone else owns it and wont share. Harummph.
